Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nate MacRally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Gambit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRally comes to the cage accompanied by Red Rider - Lunatic Fringe. Gambit comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dj Kool - Let Me Clear My Throat kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Nate MacRally could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jason Gambit's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacRally misses with a double jab.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by MacRally!
MacRally rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gambit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jason Gambit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacRally blocks a leg kick.
Gambit defending well as MacRally loads up on a big left hand.
Gambit avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gambit will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gambit ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gambit throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

MacRally closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gambit quickly recovers to half guard.

Gambit is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but MacRally pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

MacRally postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Gambit to stand up.

MacRally forces Gambit back against the cage and clinches.
MacRally blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Still in the clinch, Gambit scores with a nice short uppercut.

MacRally has Gambit pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. MacRally pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Gambit tumbling to the mat - MacRally dives into Gambit's guard.

Gambit has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but MacRally can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Nate MacRally just wasn't active enough.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
