Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Karmin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karmin comes to the cage accompanied by Eyes of the World. Victor Karmin has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Victor Karmin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Silva! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karmin tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Silva closes the distance looking to clinch and Karmin moves into the clinch. Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Karmin smiles and moves away.
Karmin has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.
Silva wants a takedown but no success here.
Victor Karmin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Silva. Silva breaks from the clinch.
Karmin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Silva is trying to control but can't.
Karmin works his foot free and advances to mount. Silva working to try and regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva is squirming around, avoiding Karmin's attempts to control the action. Silva in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Karmin scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Silva?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Karmin is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Karmin's body position as best he can. Silva is trying to escape the mount.
Karmin looking to control but Silva is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Silva keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Karmin with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Silva is squirming around, avoiding Karmin's attempts to control the action. Karmin looking for a guillotine from mount but Silva is having none of it. Silva in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Karmin has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Silva's face.
Silva is trying to escape the mount.
Karmin is breathing heavily. Silva is trying to reverse the position but instead Karmin has taken his back - oops!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva wants to escape the position.
Karmin gets his hands free as Silva looks to control. Karmin looking for the choke but no joy. Karmin not allowing Silva to control his hands. Karmin is hanging on to Silva's back as he tries to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Silva is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Karmin is staying active.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Karmin struggling to keep hold of the position.
Silva wants to escape the position.
Karmin doesn't have the hooks in and Silva manages to turn into his guard.
Karmin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Silva gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Karmin keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully. Silva is posturing up here but Karmin has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Silva tries to roll out but it's too tight and Silva has to tap! Slick submission there by Karmin!
