Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Grimm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rostam Samani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samani throws a solid leg kick but Grimm takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Samani.
Grimm sizes up Samani with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Grimm throws a body punch but Samani moves out of range.
Samani scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Grimm lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A slapping leg kick lands for Samani.
Grimm pivots, looking for a leg kick but Samani is out of range and Grimm settles back down.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A looping hook to the body misses from Grimm. Samani does a little dance to reset his feet.
Samani throws a low kick, looking for Grimm's leg but Grimm calmly moves out of range.
Grimm has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Samani.
Samani feints and then cracks Grimm's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Grimm down.

Samani shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Grimm fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Samani has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Grimm has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Grimm wants to control but Samani passes easily into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Samani prevents Grimm from improving his position.
Grimm is trying to maintain the position but Samani is very close to passing his half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grimm tries to roll over but Samani keeps him under control.

Samani tries to pass the half guard into mount. Grimm knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Samani is trying to control the action in half guard but Grimm is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Samani is nestled in close to Grimm, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Good leg kick by Samani there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Samani connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Grimm walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Samani checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Grimm creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Samani's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Samani drops to his knees and Grimm pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
