Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thump lands a right hook to the body.
No luck for Ramage with that takedown attempt.

and Thump counters with a good, hard body kick but Ramage shrugs it off.
Ramage is breathing heavily.
Ramage shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thump as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Ramage. That's going to take a lot out of him.
An inside leg kick lands from Thump.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thump misses with a takedown attempt - Ramage sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Thump cracks Ramage with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Thump throws a leg kick which misses Ramage's front leg but catches the back leg as Ramage tries to avoid it.
Thump ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ramage on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Thump. Thump obviously looking to wear him down.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Ramage. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ramage takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Thump is looking to slow Ramage down with leg kicks.
Crunch! Thump slams his shin into Ramage's torso.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Thump closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Thump has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Thump is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Ramage is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Ramage flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Thump anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Ramage and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Thump slips an arm under Ramage chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Thump has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Thump is squeezing on Ramage like an anaconda would it's prey. Ramage fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Big Thump!
