PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Doorman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Smash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doorman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gold Halo-The Datsuns. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smash uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Doorman.
Doorman pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Smash back to the cage. Doorman follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Hulk Smash has been cut.
Smash fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Doorman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Doorman pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Smash throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Doorman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Smash is in Doorman's guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
