Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anders Breivik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Richard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richard fails with a takedown attempt.
Breivik scores with a jab.
Richard is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Breivik.

Breivik scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Richard doesn't seem bothered though.
Richard takes a kick to the side of the head.

Breivik tries to close the distance and clinch but Richard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Breivik takes the fight into the clinch.

Breivik's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Breivik throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Richard's head.
Richard shoots in looking for a takedown but Breivik manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Richard's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Breivik shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Richard eats them both and turns towards Breivik to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Richard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Breivik's waist but Breivik gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Richard off to one side.
Breivik fails to land with a series of punches.
Breivik connects with a body shot that sends Richard's belly button to the back.

Richard shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Richard showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Richard looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Breivik tries to roll over but Richard keeps him under control.

Richard is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Breivik has managed to free his arm - good work.
Breivik is trying to stand up here but Richard is controlling him well.

Breivik is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Richard's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Richard's back!
Breivik is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Breivik doesn't have the hooks in and Richard manages to turn into his guard.

Richard drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Richard jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Breivik knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Richard on the ground.
Richard slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Breivik is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Richard has an Americana. Breivik didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Richard is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Richard hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
