The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mnager shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fietsora as he avoids it easily.
Mnager shoots in looking for a takedown. Fietsora tries to sprawl out of it but Mnager keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fietsora manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mnager will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Julio Mnager. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mnager throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fietsora.

Mnager throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fietsora tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mnager is in Fietsora's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Mnager stands and steps away. Fietsora gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Julio Mnager seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mnager is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mnager misses with a takedown attempt - Fietsora sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fietsora lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Mnager on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fietsora thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Mnager if he has to take too many more of those.
Fietsora explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Fietsora bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Fietsora displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mnager.
Mnager sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fietsora fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mnager.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fietsora.

Fietsora lands a big head kick that sends Mnager tumbling to the mat! Fietsora takes a step backwards and waves Mnager back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Mnager is rocked!

It looks like Julio Mnager has been cut.
Mnager wants to stay close but Fietsora steps back to make room for something. Mnager seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Fietsora and Mnager drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
