Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarmo Puustinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murray kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is KO muzik. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Lee Murray! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jarmo Puustinen! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Puustinen throws a lazy right hand but Murray sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Puustinen throws a poor cross that misses
and Murray moves into the clinch. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Murray misses with a punch to the body.
Murray lands a left hand that snaps the head of Puustinen backwards. Puustinen stalling in the clinch but Murray improves position. Murray lands a right hand. Murray lands a body shot. Murray misses with a punch to the body.
A shot in the inside from Murray. Puustinen wants to break the clinch but can't.
Murray scores with a nice hook to the head. Murray can't find room to land a body shot as Puustinen controls the action.
Murray tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Nice body punch from Murray. Murray content to slow the pace in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action! Puustinen has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Murray is trying to keep an underhook but Puustinen manages to get the takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Murray is pressing down on Puustinen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Murray looking for a sweep. Not yet Murray, not yet. Puustinen is fighting to break Murray's control of his arms but Murray is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Murray is on top in guard.
Puustinen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Murray. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murray passes Puustinen's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Murray stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Puustinen to get to his feet. Murray ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Puustinen moves away. Murray scores with a sloppy right hand. Puustinen should have avoided that one. Murray misses with a straight left. Murray swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Murray wants to clinch up but Puustinen keeps it at a distance. Puustinen moves away from the strike by Murray. Murray missing with a left hand there. Puustinen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A left lands for Puustinen. Puustinen throws a right hand that Murray ducks under and follows up with a left that Murray also avoids with ease. Lee Murray is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Puustinen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Murray takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Jarmo Puustinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Murray tests Puustinen's chin there with a solid looking shot. Murray scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murray thows a left - swing and a miss! A jab from Puustinen misses. Murray scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Puustinen doesn't seem bothered though. Puustinen dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Puustinen staying out of range there. Murray will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Puustinen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Murray throws a big shot that misses. Murray displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Puustinen throws out the jab. Puustinen misses with a straight right. Puustinen moves away from the strike by Murray. Murray fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Puustinen manages to avoid it. Murray throws a shot from downtown. Puustinen moves away and avoids it. Puustinen lands with a hook. Murray tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Puustinen throws a looping overhand right but Murray ducks down to avoid it. Murray staying out of range there. Murray lands a jab to the nose.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Murray enables Puustinen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Murray manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Puustinen is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Puustinen works over Murray with some ground and pound from guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Murray is on top in guard.
Puustinen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Murray stands and steps away. Puustinen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Puustinen misses with a wild body shot. Murray looks to land a left hand but Puustinen moved out of range nicely. Puustinen takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Murray drives through and clinches with Puustinen against the cage.

Murray tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Murray lands with a right to the head. Puustinen has had enough of the clinch but Murray keeps him there for the moment. Puustinen tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Murray makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Puustinen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Murray as Puustinen tries to tie him up. Puustinen has picked Murray up - he's going for a ride! Puustinen dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Murray is pressing down on Puustinen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Murray has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Puustinen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Puustinen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Murray pulls Puustinen in to control the position. Puustinen lands a couple of digs. Murray manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Murray gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Murray dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Murray throws a hook but Puustinen blocks it. Puustinen cracks Murray with a good jab. Puustinen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Murray. Murray ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Puustinen moves away. Murray ducks under a wild hook from Puustinen. Murray connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Murray fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Puustinen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Murray walks into a straight right hand from Puustinen. Puustinen walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Puustinen misses with a hook
and Murray counters with a straight right hand. Puustinen misses with a few strikes there.
Murray on the wrong end of a nice hook. Nice straight punches there by Murray. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Murray. Puustinen showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Murray.
Puustinen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Murray is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Puustinen misses the jab. Murray looks to land a left hand but Puustinen moved out of range nicely. A cross from Puustinen lands.
Murray is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Murray takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Oh Murray is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Puustinen knocks out Murray with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Puustinen before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Puustinen picks up the big W with a huge KO!
