The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell throws a hook but Vicent blocks it.
Liddell avoids the head kick by Vicent.
Liddell takes a swing at Vicent's ribcage but misses.
Liddell waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Vicent.
Vicent lands a nice leg kick that just misses Liddell's sensitive parts.
Charlie Liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell cracks Vicent with an open hand slap.

It looks like Victor Vicent has been cut.
Liddell throws a lazy right hand but Vicent sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Liddell throws a lazy uppercut
and Vicent makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Vicent throws out a leg kick but Liddell moves out of range and Vicent only half commits.
Liddell moves into range and connects with a jab.
Vicent swats away the attempt to clinch by Liddell.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Liddell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vicent manages to avoid it.
Liddell scores with a jab to the jaw.
Liddell misses with a low kick.
Liddell stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Vicent.
Vicent misses with a jab, cross combination.
Vicent takes a jab right on the kisser.
Liddell misses with a hook. Vicent ducked under it nicely.

Liddell moves out of range as Vicent throws a body kick.
Liddell fails with an attempt to clinch.
Vicent slips under a jab from Liddell.
Liddell moves out of range of the body kick from Vicent.
Liddell wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Liddell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Vicent steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Liddell.
A punch combination from Liddell misses.
Liddell thows a body shot but no joy.
Liddell swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Vicent lands a nice looking kick to the body. Liddell takes a step back to recover.
Liddell misses with a left hand
and Vicent counters with a body kick.

Vicent closes the distance and clinches.
Liddell struggles to land a body shot inside as Vicent controls his hands.
Liddell tries a body shot but Vicent blocks it.
Liddell blocks an elbow strike.

Vicent escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Vicent takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Liddell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Liddell avoids a punch combination nicely.
Liddell scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Vicent doesn't seem bothered though.
Vicent walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Victor Vicent's cut is getting worse.
Liddell tries to close the distance and clinch but Vicent swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Vicent throws a nice looking combination but Liddell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Liddell avoids the head kick by Vicent.
Liddell throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vicent sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Liddell misses with a jab, cross combination.
Liddell lands a really nice looking cross but Vicent seems unphased.

Vicent is rocked!
Vicent gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Liddell points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Vicent wakes up just in time to hear Liddell thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
