Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Alho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenshin Takezo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takezo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pride FC Theme song. Oscar Alho could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kenshin Takezo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oscar Alho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshin Takezo!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Alho.
Alho throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Takezo's head.


It looks like Kenshin Takezo has been cut.
Alho with a poor takedown
and Takezo counters with a good, hard body kick but Alho shrugs it off.
Alho misses with a head kick.
Takezo dodges the punch combination from Alho.
Alho scores with a leg kick.
Takezo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Takezo duly obliges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Takezo throws a series of punches but Alho avoids them all with ease.
Alho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Takezo tries to avoid it but Alho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Takezo to the ground. Takezo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oscar Alho. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Takezo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Alho was well out of range. Poor timing from Takezo.

and Takezo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Alho is breathing heavily.
Takezo throws a good cross that connects.

Takezo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Alho shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Takezo but Takezo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Takezo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Takezo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Alho keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Takezo's efforts to push away.

Alho is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Takezo pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Takezo wants to get back to striking at distance but Alho won't allow it.

Takezo ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Takezo no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Takezo kicks Alho off and gets to his feet.

Alho tries to keep at a distance but Takezo has taken the fight into the clinch.
Alho is trying to drag Takezo to the mat but Takezo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Alho wants to break the clinch but can't.
Alho tries to score a body lock takedown but Takezo shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Takezo wants to break free but Alho has control.

Takezo scores with a shot to the side of Alho's head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Alho misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Takezo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alho is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Takezo has hold of one of Alho's legs. Alho is fighting the takedown attempt but Takezo gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Alho is trying to control the position but Takezo postures up.
Takezo wants to control from the top but Alho keeps moving.

Alho is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Takezo is aware though and is defending well.
Takezo is looking to stand up but Alho won't let him.

Takezo wants to stand and escape but instead Alho has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Takezo pushes Alho off and gets back to his feet.
Takezo looks to land a combination. Alho sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Alho looks for a takedown but Takezo sprawls well.
Alho scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Kenshin Takezo seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Alho circles away from the clinch attempt.
Alho blocks a head kick by Takezo.
Alho takes a kick to the side of the head.
Takezo throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Oscar Alho is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Takezo blocks a jab.
Takezo cracks Alho with an open hand slap.
Alho takes one on the button.
Takezo misses with a two punch combination.
Takezo throws a sloppy head kick and Alho moves out of range easily.

Alho shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Takezo pinned against the cage. Takezo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Alho misses with a takedown attempt - Takezo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Takezo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Alho's head.
Takezo tries to clinch but Alho moves out of range.
Alho gets cracked there but stands up to it.
No luck for Alho with that takedown attempt.

Takezo lands a left and a right that send Alho crashing to the mat, dazed. Takezo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Alho is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Takezo closes the distance looking for a takedown. Alho stuffs it but Takezo still has hold of him. Takezo picks Alho up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Takezo slams Alho to the floor and that's really hurt Alho - he doesn't know where he is! Takezo throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenshin Takezo!
