Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyoji Horiguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ko Yuan Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Horiguchi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Horiguchi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Lee is looking to clinch.

Lee clinches with his opponent.
Lee tries to pull guard but Horiguchi forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Horiguchi is trying to push Lee away but Lee has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Lee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Horiguchi lands with a kick to the temple. Lee shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Horiguchi tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Lee sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Lee has a takedown stuffed.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Lee checks a leg kick.
Horiguchi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lee.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Horiguchi - the referee stops the clock and Lee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Horiguchi. Lee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Lee has Horiguchi pressed against the cage, preventing Horiguchi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Horiguchi has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lee is pushing Horiguchi up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
