Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niku Taku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Zamora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zamora has chosen Nirvana - Lake of Fire as his entrance music. Danny Zamora is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taku blocks a leg kick.
Zamora throws out a leg kick but Taku moves out of range and Zamora only half commits.
Taku rushes Zamora and presses him up against the cage.
Taku's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Zamora throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Donk. Taku catches Zamora right on the button with a cross.
Zamora swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Taku throws a right and a left that Zamora avoids nicely.
Taku takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Zamora lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A chopping leg kick lands by Zamora.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Zamora swats away the attempt to clinch by Taku.
Zamora throws a nice outside leg kick.
Taku dives in and grabs Zamora's left leg, looking for a takedown. Zamora pushes down on Taku's head and hops out.

Taku takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Zamora tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Taku's elbow.
Taku has Zamora pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Zamora manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Zamora fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Taku.

Taku misses with a takedown attempt - Zamora sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Taku takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Zamora feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That kick from Zamora tenderised Taku's leg. Taku is trying to keep his angry face on.

Danny Zamora seems to be getting the better of the standup.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Taku. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Well Zamora has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
