Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dudofier Gomiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldy Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomiel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gomiel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Boy avoids it really well and circles away.
Gomiel shoots in but no luck this time.
Gomiel scores with a head kick.
Boy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gomiel is fending him off so far but Boy persists. Nope, Gomiel circles away and we're back to standing.
Boy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gomiel as he avoids it easily.

Dudofier Gomiel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aldy Boy.
Gomiel lands a nice looking body kick.
Gomiel shoots for a double leg takedown but Boy sprawls well. He's pushed Gomiel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Boy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gomiel keeps working.

Boy tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gomiel knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Gomiel is looking for a sweep. Boy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Boy goes for an armbar but Gomiel turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Gomiel.

That was a close round but I would say that Dudofier Gomiel will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Boy passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Gomiel!
Gomiel sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Aldy Boy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Gomiel stuffs the takedown attempt from Boy. Boy gets slowly back to his feet.
Boy shoots for a takedown but Gomiel saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Boy shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Boy was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Boy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Gomiel is not going to allow Boy to sit and survive in this position.

I really don't envy Boy right now.
Gomiel has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Boy has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Gomiel is hanging on to Boy's back as he tries to escape.

Gomiel wants to control but Boy is keeping busy.
Gomiel looking to break Boy's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Boy remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Gomiel will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

I would just about give that final round to Aldy Boy.
