Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Earl Bertane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ice Lander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bertane comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Above The Law. Lander has chosen Tribute as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bertane throws a right and a left that Lander avoids nicely.
Lander tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lander throws a solid leg kick but Bertane takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Lander.
Lander cracks Bertane with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Bertane is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Bertane manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lander manages to get himself to full guard.

Lander is looking to stand up but Bertane isn't so interested in that idea.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Bertane drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lander looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lander looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lander!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ice Lander will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bertane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bertane misses with a takedown attempt - Lander sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Lander lands a nice shot that snaps Bertane's head back.
Lander digs a good hook to Bertane's body.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Lander. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Bertane takes a swing at Lander's ribcage but misses.

Lander pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bertane takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Bertane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lander just stands there and leans against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bertane's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Bertane is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Bertane is rocked!
Lander dips a shoulder and cracks Bertane with a mighty uppercut! Bertane falls back against the cage and Lander unloads with a barrage of strikes! Bertane is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lander screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ice Lander!
