The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yahyaoui tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Katzenmaier swivels and escapes.

Katzenmaier tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Yahyaoui smiles and moves away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fight stays on the outside here - Yahyaoui looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Yahyaoui feints a jab promting Katzenmaier to slip. Yahyaoui then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Katzenmaier slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Demetrius Katzenmaier will probably get the nod.
