Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noel Jicola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Myres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Jicola misses.
Jicola stuffs the takedown.
Myres tries to clinch up.

Myres shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Myres showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Myres thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jicola's head.

Myres decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Myres is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jicola sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Myres closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jicola quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jicola is looking to improve his position.
Well, if Myres is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Myres stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Myres shoots in but Jicola avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Noel Jicola has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Myres.
Myres stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jicola.

Jicola instigates a clinch.
Myres takes a shot to the head.
Jicola lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Jicola lands a shot to the body.

Jicola lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Myres backwards.

Jicola makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Jicola lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Myres.

Jicola drops Myres onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Myres is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Myres is still on wobbly legs! Can Jicola finish him?
Jicola lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Jicola drops Myres onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Myres is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Jicola creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Myres out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters! The fight is over!
