The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grace fails with a takedown attempt.
Lynch tries to clinch up.
Grace looks to land a combination but Lynch avoids it well.
Grace tries for a takedown but Lynch sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lynch is defended easily by Grace.
A looping hook to the body misses from Grace. Lynch does a little dance to reset his feet.
Grace scores with a jab.
Sloppy strikes from Grace. Those never looked like landing.
Grace fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Grace changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lynch tries to avoid it but Grace manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lynch to the ground. Lynch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No joy there for Grace, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lynch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Lynch closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Grace did well to prevent Lynch getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Lynch not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Lynch seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Grace does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Lynch stops Grace from getting back to his feet.
