Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Curt Warburton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marti Pico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Warburton might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Wretch 32 ft Delilah_ Don`t Be Afraid. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warburton fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pico sprawls well initially but Warburton persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Warburton thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Pico's head.
Warburton with the ground and pound but Pico uses the opportunity to regain guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Curt Warburton.
