With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Randy Slader!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tay throws a lazy right hand but Slader sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Slader misses with a two punch combination.
Tay stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Slader.
Good exchange - Slader coming out on top.
Some wild striking there from Tay.
Slader lands a lovely overhand right.
Tay misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Slader.
Randy Slader seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tay throws the left hand but Slader avoids the punch easily.
Tay on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Tay misses with a body shot
and Slader counters with a nice kick to the body.
Slader takes a swing at Tay's ribcage but misses.
Slader misses with a low kick as Tay jumps back.
Slader walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Tay misses with an uppercut
and Slader connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Slader thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nice body punch from Tay.
Slader lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Slader lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tay at a distance.
Tay takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Slader throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tay sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Slader loads up on a big right hand but Tay slips the punch.
Slader scoring well with a low kick there.
Nice shot lands for Tay.
Slader tries to land a body kick
and Tay counters with a left to the body.
Tay throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Slader walks into a stiff left hand from Tay.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Slader throws a low kick but Tay avoids it.
An inside leg kick from Slader misses.
Slader walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tay checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Slader throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tay on the side of the head.
Slader connects with a jab.
Tay misses the shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slader's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tay under the eye.
Slader scores with a hook.


Tay is rocked!
Tay throws an off balance right hand

and Slader counters with a nice right hand that sends Tay toppling to the canvas! Tay scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Slader finish him?!
Oh Tay is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tay thows a left - swing and a miss!
Slader throws a shot to the body.
Are you kidding me?! Slader ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Tay clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Randy Slader!
Randy Slader decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
