Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mongolia Heed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Durst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heed comes to the cage accompanied by Gentlelman. Durst has chosen Hot Dog as his entrance music. Mongolia Heed has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fred Durst! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durst defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Heed. Durst pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Durst keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Heed closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Durst quickly recovers to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Durst looks like he's trying to stand up.
Heed thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Still in half guard, Heed seems content to control. Durst blocking the ground and pound attempt from Heed. Heed thows a huge punch but Durst dodges it nicely.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Durst can do anything to dispel that myth. Heed looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. Durst shoots in looking for a takedown. Heed tries to sprawl out of it but Durst keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Heed manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Durst tries to bum rush Heed with a series of wild strikes but Heed uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Durst slaps away a takedown attempt from Heed, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Durst throws a right hand that Heed ducks under and follows up with a left that Heed also avoids with ease. Heed doesn't succeed with the takedown and Durst counters with a stiff right hand. Nice cross by Durst. Durst fails to land with a series of punches.

Durst is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Heed!
