The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasparaitis with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Koga pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kasparaitis lunges at Koga with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Koga's hand.
Koga lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Koga.
Koga throws a looping overhand right but Kasparaitis ducks down to avoid it.
Koga scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kasparaitis doesn't seem bothered though.

Koga will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Koga has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kasparaitis finds it's way round the side to connect with Koga's head.

Kasparaitis connects with a good right hand that stumbles Koga. Koga circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Koga will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Koga swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kasparaitis counters with a thumping low kick.
Kasparaitis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Koga.

Koga throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kasparaitis.
Kasparaitis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Koga.

Kasparaitis lands a nice shot that snaps Koga's head back.

Kasparaitis scores with the left hand. Koga knows he should have avoided that one.
Koga is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kasparaitis throws a head kick that Koga semi-blocks.

Oh Koga is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kasparaitis drops Koga with a naaaaasty hook - Koga is in real trouble here! Kasparaitis dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

After winning the bout, Darius Kasparaitis thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
