Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isiah Acer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Acer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mad at Gravity- Burn. Isiah Acer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Woods! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 17 - 1, fighting out of New York, Isiah Acer! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Acer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Woods misses with a series of wild punches.
Woods avoids the body shot from Acer.
Acer scores with a sloppy right hand. Woods should have avoided that one. Acer comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Acer misses with a straight left. Acer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Acer misses with a body shot.
Acer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Woods closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Woods lands in his opponent's guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Acer keeping full guard, as Woods tries to pass. Acer looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Woods avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Woods stands up over Acer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Acer has momentary wrist control but Woods slips an elbow through the middle. Acer keeping moving, preventing Woods from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Acer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Woods defends it easily. Woods connects with a couple of short punches. Woods stopping the sweep attempt from Acer. Woods is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Woods will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Woods keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Acer's head. Acer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Woods trying to control but Acer is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Woods trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Woods trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Acer pushes a forearm under Woods's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Woods is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
