Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newman gets caught napping as Black dives in and scores a takedown. Newman manages to retain guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Black throws a strike but Newman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Black escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Newman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Newman avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Black on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Black tries to get out of the position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Black, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
