Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Quintez Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Leben (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard comes into the arena with Notorious B.I.G - Suicidal Thoughts blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leben swats away the attempt to clinch by Howard.
Leben shoots in and bounces Howard off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Leben postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Leben postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Leben's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leben pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Howard is keeping the position for now.
Howard can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Leben controls the pace.
Leben is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Leben keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Howard's head.
Leben throwing strikes but missing.
Leben sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Howard's guard.
Leben perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Leben is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Howard sees it coming and defends easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Leben is nestled in close to Howard, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Leben lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Leben sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Howard defending well though.
Leben is stalling here. Howard is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Leben seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Howard has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Leben wants to control but Howard postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Leben might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Howard haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Chris Leben was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Leben avoids the head kick by Howard.
Leben shoots in and drives through. Howard sprawls well.
Leben dives in and grabs Howard's left leg, looking for a takedown. Howard pushes down on Leben's head and hops out.
Leben shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leben wants to pass the guard but Howard is keeping the position.
Howard preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Leben tries to free his leg and advance position but Howard is retaining full guard.
Howard keeping moving, preventing Leben from controlling successfully.
Leben pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Howard is keeping the position for now.
Leben throws a big right hand that misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Leben trying to control but Howard is working from the bottom.
Leben landing some decent shots from guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Leben dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Leben avoids the head kick by Howard.
A head kick by Howard misses
and Leben counters with a big takedown. That's hurt Howard! Leben smells blood and goes in for the kill. Serveral hard shots later and the ref calls an end to the fight by TKO!
