Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Stroud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage comes to the cage accompanied by Bon Jovi - It's my life. Stroud comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Septic Flesh - Pyramid God kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
24 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jackson Savage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Glenn Stroud! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Savage lands but Stroud takes it in his stride. Stroud clinches with his opponent.
Stroud manages to break the clinch.
Savage avoids a punch combination nicely.
Stroud throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Savage sees it coming and avoids it easily. Savage takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Savage connects with a high kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Savage throws a head kick but Stroud moves out of range.
Savage closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stroud circles away. Savage circles away from the clinch attempt.
Stroud instigates a clinch. Savage fails to pull guard.
Stroud pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Savage pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stroud takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Stroud throws a series of punches but Savage moves out of range. Savage dives in and grabs Stroud's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stroud pushes down on Savage's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jackson Savage. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stroud blocks a head kick by Savage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stroud bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Savage's head backwards.
It looks like Jackson Savage has been cut. Savage bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Stroud can't do much from the bottom here. Stroud is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Stroud keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Savage seems to be looking for submissions.
Stroud is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stroud is not content to let Savage control the position. Savage is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Stroud is trying is best to control the position here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Savage is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stroud doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Savage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Savage is looking to stall here but Stroud recovers full guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Stroud holds on and takes a little breather. Savage is looking to advance position but Stroud has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Savage is wriggling around trying to escape.
Stroud scores with a couple of good head shots there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stroud landing strikes, looking to finish! Stroud lands a big elbow. Stroud landing punches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Savage sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Stroud thows a huge punch but Savage dodges it nicely.
Savage moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Stroud makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Savage is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stroud would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Glenn Stroud will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jackson Savage's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
No joy there for Stroud, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Stroud gets caught napping as Savage dives in and scores a takedown. Stroud manages to retain guard. Stroud keeping moving, preventing Savage from controlling successfully. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stroud is on top in guard.
Stroud drops back, looking for a kneebar! Savage looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Savage looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Savage! Stroud is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Savage wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stroud, who protects the arm well. Savage creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Stroud sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Stroud is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Savage asserts his dominance and retains side control. Savage thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Stroud is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Glenn Stroud has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Savage goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Stroud has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Savage but great work by Stroud. Stroud with the ground and pound but Savage regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Stroud wants to lay and pray for a moment but Savage keeps working. Savage keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Savage looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Savage is refusing to be controlled, as Stroud sits in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stroud is looking for a kimura but Savage is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Stroud to get the leverage. Stroud thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Savage's head. Savage is trying to get back to full guard. Savage trying to control here.
Savage gets full guard. Stroud connects with a couple of short punches. Savage manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stroud manages to get himself to full guard.
Savage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stroud swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Savage trying to move into half guard but instead Stroud has managed to sweep! Stroud trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Stroud trying to control but Savage is working from the bottom. Stroud missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Stroud lands a couple of decent looking shots. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Savage avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Savage trying to control the position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jackson Savage will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jackson Savage's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The crowd cheers as Stroud lands an impressive looking overhand right. Savage doesn't seem phased though. Savage slips under a jab. Savage throws a head kick that Stroud semi-blocks.
Stroud looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Savage plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Stroud is looking to clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stroud stalks Savage and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Savage's face. Savage staggers backwards, shaken. Savage tries a head kick but it misses.
Stroud thows a body shot but no joy. Stroud will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Savage keeps the fight on the outside. Glenn Stroud seems to be getting the better of the standup. Stroud throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Savage counters with a big head kick but Stroud shrugs it off.

Stroud keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Savage throws a head kick that misses. Stroud throws a right hand that Savage ducks under and follows up with a left that Savage also avoids with ease. Savage throws a head kick but Stroud moves out of range.
Savage ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stroud looks to land a combination. Savage sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Savage is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Stroud connects with a single shot there.
Jackson Savage's cut is getting worse. This has been an exciting period of action! Savage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Savage is rocked! Savage misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oh Savage is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson Savage is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Stroud closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Savage! Stroud dives in looking to finish! Savage is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
