Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vez Innaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meldrick Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meldrick Taylor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Innaus takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Innaus on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Innaus takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Taylor cracks Innaus with a good jab.
Taylor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Taylor takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Innaus takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Innaus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Taylor to score with a decent uppercut.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Taylor crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Innaus - the referee stops the clock and Taylor gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Innaus. Taylor manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Taylor catches Innaus with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Taylor is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Innaus had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

and Innaus counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Taylor out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Innaus is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
