Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Avalon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joonatan Valasvatsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Avalon comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the Tiger. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valasvatsa fails to land the takedown.
Valasvatsa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Avalon tries to avoid it but Valasvatsa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Avalon to the ground. Avalon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Avalon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Valasvatsa.
Junior Avalon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joonatan Valasvatsa.
Avalon misses with an uppercut. Valasvatsa saw that one coming.
Valasvatsa walks into a jab.
Valasvatsa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Avalon.
Valasvatsa swings for the body but Avalon moves out of range.
Avalon lands with a nice body punch.
Avalon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Valasvatsa with a lazy takedown attempt
and Avalon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Valasvatsa thinking.
Joonatan Valasvatsa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valasvatsa throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Avalon fails to land with a series of punches.
Avalon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Valasvatsa.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Avalon gets a clinch.
Avalon fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Avalon misses with a punch on the inside.
Valasvatsa jumps guard and drags Avalon to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Avalon working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Valasvatsa's head.
Valasvatsa looking for a triangle here. Avalon is fighting it but it looks tight! Valasvatsa pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Avalon is tapping out - this one is all over!
