The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyronviita misses with a wild body shot.
Ash doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kyronviita counters with a two punch combo.
Ash walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Adam Ash has been cut.
Kyronviita throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Ash fails with a takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kyronviita. Ash does a little dance to reset his feet.

Kyronviita pushes Ash up against the cage in a clinch.
Ash wants to take the fight to the mat but Kyronviita manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Jussi Kyronviita has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Ash.
Kyronviita lands a right hand.
Kyronviita lands with a left to the head.

Ash has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kyronviita regains guard immediately.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ash wants to control from the top but Kyronviita keeps moving.

Kyronviita has his feet on Ash's thighs here. He's pushed Ash off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ash screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Jussi Kyronviita decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
