Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Rautner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jon Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Rautner! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones misses with the combination.
Jones fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jones throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rautner was covering up waiting for the punch and Jones finishes the takedown easily into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Jones wants to pass the guard but Rautner is keeping the position. Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Rautner controls Jones momentarily but Jones frees himself. Rautner looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jones looking to pass the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Rautner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Jon Jones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rautner paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rautner is looking to clinch. Rautner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side. Jones defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rautner.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to clinch up but Rautner circles away and keeps his distance. Jones looking to score a takedown here. Rautner is defending well but Jones drives through and ends up in Rautner's guard. Jones has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rautner is proving hard to escape from. Rautner is trying to keep Jones in close.
Jones throwing strikes from guard but Rautner blocks nicely. Jones slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Rautner avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jones.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Rautner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Rautner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jones trying to control the position but Rautner is working away. Jones in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Rautner can't do much from the bottom here. Jones tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rautner being controlled for a moment. Sloppy strikes there by Jones. Jones stands up and we're back to a striking position. Jones scores with a takedown into Rautner's guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rautner can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jones controls the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Jones dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Rautner shoots in but no luck this time. Jones has Rautner up against the cage in a clinch.
Jones working hard to break the clinch. Rautner gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jones.
Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jones misses with a left hand and Rautner holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jones tries a body shot but Rautner blocks it.
Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rautner walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Jones moves in looking to clinch but Rautner pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rautner tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rautner to the ground. Rautner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jones shoots in and bounces Rautner off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Rautner can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jones controls the pace. Jones postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rautner is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jones, into his guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jones had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rautner defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rautner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Rautner throws a big elbow that misses. Jones wants to sweep but no luck. Rautner sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jones wants to sweep here but Rautner controlling him for the moment. Rautner stops Jones from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Chris Rautner was stalling too much, according to the referee. Rautner blocks a head kick by Jones.
Jones throws a series of punches but Rautner avoids them all with ease. Rautner gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Jones is looking to control Rautner's arms but Rautner gets an underhook and turns him. Now Jones has his back to the cage. Rautner has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Jones after a bit of a struggle. Jones tries for a takedown but Rautner manages to get underhooks.
A nice left hand lands by Rautner.
Jones tries to pull guard but Rautner holds him up against the cage and eventually Jones drops back down to his feet.
A frustrated look appears on Jones's face as he tries to break the clinch. Rautner can't get the takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Come on Rautner - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Rautner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Rautner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rautner misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rautner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Left hook, right uppercut from Rautner. Rautner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rautner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rautner tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jon Jones will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Rautner dives in and grabs Jones's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes down on Rautner's head and hops out. Rautner fails with the takedown and Jones counters by clinching up. Jones pulls guard effortlessly. Jones keeping full guard, as Rautner tries to pass. Jon Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Jones manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's one minute gone in the round. Rautner keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Jones punishing his opponent with strikes. Rautner is squirming around, avoiding Jones's attempts to control the action. Jones dominating with strikes here. Rautner is trying desperately to improve position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rautner takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jones controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Rautner is looking to escape. Jones controlling his opponent. Jones is looking to stand but Jones has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones landing strikes from the mount and Rautner is in trouble! Jones controlling the pace for now. Rautner is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Jones is in the full mount, landing strikes. Jones tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Rautner keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Jones lands a nice shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Jones quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Jones but it's paid off an Rautner is forced to tap! Nice work by Jones.
