Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zeus Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shorty Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shorty Gonzalez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Zeus Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Shorty Gonzalez!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez stuffs the takedown.
Gracie drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Gonzalez is retaining full guard.
Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gracie is pushing down on Gonzalez's leg trying to pass to half guard. Gonzalez is fighting to maintain full guard but Gracie has managed to sneak the leg through.
Gracie frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Gracie has hold of Gonzalez's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Gonzalez manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Gonzalez tries to improve his position but Gracie has taken his back! Gracie has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Gonzalez tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Gracie pushes Gonzalez away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Zeus Gracie!
