Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Mercado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Joseph Koo- The Legend as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Lucky Mercado could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bruce Lee's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lucky Mercado! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bruce Lee! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Lee has Mercado pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lee pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mercado tumbling to the mat - Lee dives into Mercado's guard. Lee is working Mercado over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Lee with a nice head shot there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mercado wants to stand but Lee is controlling the position. Lee pushing down on Mercado's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee not landing any meaningful shots this time. Mercado is looking to escape. Lee thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Lee in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Mercado tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lee!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bruce Lee! As Bruce Lee got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: I fear not the man that has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man that has practiced one kick 10,000 times.'.
