We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lao wants it to stay on the feet.

Ling closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lao quickly recovers to half guard.

Ling looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Ling wants to work for an arm triangle but Lao is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Ling is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lao doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ling.
