Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Katsumi Nasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edwards kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Like a surgeon. Nasu has chosen Shura no Hana as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nasu does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Nasu throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Edwards throws a solid leg kick but Nasu takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Edwards.

and Edwards makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Edwards here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Nasu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Edwards moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Katsumi Nasu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That was a close second round but I would say that Blake Edwards will probably get the nod.
