Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Melo Bearbeater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philip Traverse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bearbeater comes to the cage accompanied by Light em up. Traverse is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mr. Grieves. The key to victory for Melo Bearbeater has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Melo Bearbeater!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Philip Traverse!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bearbeater pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Traverse shoots in looking for a takedown. Bearbeater tries to sprawl out of it but Traverse keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bearbeater manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Traverse misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bearbeater takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Bearbeater is looking to clinch but Traverse is avoiding it.
Sloppy strikes from Bearbeater. Those never looked like landing.
Bearbeater throws a head kick that misses.
Traverse ducks under a wild hook from Bearbeater.
Bearbeater throws a right hand that misses
and Traverse counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Traverse preventing the sweep.
Traverse trying to control but Bearbeater is working from the bottom.
Bearbeater can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Traverse controls the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Traverse loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bearbeater trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Traverse content to stall in guard here.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Philip Traverse hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bearbeater looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bearbeater tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bearbeater is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Traverse throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Traverse fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bearbeater, pushing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Traverse tries a body shot but Bearbeater blocks it.
Traverse misses with a punch to the body.
Traverse decides to pull guard.
Traverse looking for a triangle here. Bearbeater is fighting it but it looks tight! Traverse pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Bearbeater is tapping out - this one is all over!
