The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bruin gets a clinch.

Fluke lands a hook that snaps the head of Bruin backwards.
Bruin misses with a knee to the head.
Bruin can't find room to land a body shot as Fluke controls the action.

Fluke has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bruin regains guard immediately.
Bruin wants to sweep but no luck.
Fluke cracks Bruin with a solid left hand.
Bruin pulls Fluke in close to prevent any damage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bruin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Fluke wants to control from the top but Bruin keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fluke is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fluke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bruin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fluke wants to sweep here but Bruin controlling him for the moment.
Fluke has momentary wrist control but Bruin slips an elbow through the middle.

Bruin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Fluke has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bruin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Bruin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Fluke keeps the fight on the outside.
Bruin lands a brutal head kick. Fluke looks out on his feet and Bruin throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Jack Bruin!
Jack Bruin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
