Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Riley misses with a wild combination.
Riley circles away from the clinch attempt
and Riley counters with a left and a right that stings Gracie.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Gracie.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Riley is trying to control Gracie's posture but Gracie avoids it.

Gracie decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Riley dives in and scores a takedown into Gracie's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Riley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gracie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Dallas Riley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Gracie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Gracie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Riley pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Riley closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Riley misses with a takedown attempt - Gracie sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Riley shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gracie as he jumps to the side.
Rendo Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dallas Riley.
Riley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Riley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dallas Riley hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Riley rushes Gracie and presses him up against the cage.

Riley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riley swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rendo Gracie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Dallas Riley is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Riley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gracie is controlling him.

Well Riley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
