Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kerr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luca Belzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belzer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Metallica. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mark Kerr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luca Belzer! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belzer thows a body shot but no joy. Kerr takes the fight into the clinch. Kerr stalling the fight.
Kerr's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Belzer lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Belzer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kerr counters by clinching up. Belzer tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Belzer tries to score a body lock takedown but Kerr shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mark Kerr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luca Belzer. Belzer looks winded!

Kerr displaying some good clinch control by pressing Belzer up against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Belzer. Belzer is trying to drag Kerr to the mat but Kerr just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Kerr misses with a short punch on the inside. Kerr manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kerr is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kerr seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Kerr tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Belzer has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kerr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Still in the clinch, Kerr scores with a nice short uppercut. Kerr holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Luca Belzer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kerr tries to clinch there but Belzer circles away.

And that's the end of the fight! Mark Kerr showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kerr has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
