Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Spenser Kalkbrenner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahmad Massoud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Massoud comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kulobi kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ahmad Massoud!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massoud connects with a body shot that sends Kalkbrenner's belly button to the back.
Kalkbrenner throws a body punch but Massoud moves out of range.
Massoud lands a head shot.
Ahmad Massoud seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Massoud misses.
Massoud scores with a decent looking hook.
Massoud misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kalkbrenner.
Massoud tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kalkbrenner was well out of range. Poor timing from Massoud.
Massoud takes a swing at Kalkbrenner's ribcage but misses.
The fighters circle momentarily. Massoud darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kalkbrenner doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kalkbrenner's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Massoud connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kalkbrenner scrambles back to his feet.
Kalkbrenner takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Massoud lands a slapping body shot.
A jab from Massoud finds it's way through Kalkbrenner's defenses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kalkbrenner shoots in but Massoud avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kalkbrenner takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
BOOM! Massoud lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kalkbrenner. Kalkbrenner tries to recover but Massoud is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kalkbrenner lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ahmad Massoud!
Ahmad Massoud got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
