Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henry Six (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sharp Straw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sharp Straw will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Six!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sharp Straw!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straw checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
The crowd cheers as Six lands an impressive looking overhand right. Straw doesn't seem phased though.
Six throws a leg kick that misses.
Six lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Straw backs up against the cage.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The fighters circle momentarily. Six darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Six feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Henry Six spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
