The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Sharpeye. No joy for Bratov on that attempt.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sharpeye stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sharpeye wants it to stay on the feet.
Sharpeye avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Sharpeye defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bratov.
Kardel Sharpeye has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Abram Bratov.
Bratov shoots in and drives through. Sharpeye sprawls well.
Bratov darts in trying to clinch
and Sharpeye counters with a three punch combo that has Bratov backing up. Bratov nods at Sharpeye to acknowledge the strikes.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bratov is defended easily by Sharpeye.
Sharpeye could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bratov tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Bratov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bratov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sharpeye as he jumps to the side.

Bratov tries to clinch but Sharpeye moves away
and Sharpeye comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Bratov stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Sharpeye is on him like rabid pit bull! Bratov slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
