The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Michalek tries to avoid it but Gomez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Michalek to the ground. Michalek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A very excited looking Milan Michalek rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
