Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dc Gable! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Game! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Game looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Gable scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Gable fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Game has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Gable's corner calls for a 1-2. Gable obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Gable stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Game. Game closes the distance and clinches up with Gable, looking for a takedown. Game pushes Gable against the cage but Gable circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Gable bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gable lands a nice looking kick to the body. Game takes a step back to recover. Game takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Gable ducks down and throws a hook to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Game throws an overhand right that lands on Gable's shoulder, as Gable tries to avoid the shot. Game is looking to land body kicks. Gable cracks a nice hook into Game's ribs. Gable is looking to slow Game down with leg kicks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Game on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Gable moves forwards but Game connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Dc Gable has been cut. A jab from Game misses. Game checks the leg kick. Game will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Dc Gable seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gable looks for the body kick but Game saw that one coming. Gable fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Game manages to avoid it. Game lands with a right hand. Game fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gable clobbers Game with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Gable swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Game throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gable on the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Game takes a jab right on the kisser.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Gable fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Game on the side of the head. Gable connects with a crisp jab. Gable swats away the attempt to clinch by Game. Gable with a jab. Gable throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Game on the wrong end of a nice hook. Game moves out of range of the strikes. Gable connects with a body shot that sends Game's belly button to the back. A shot to the liver by Game. Beautiful body shot. Game blocks a jab. Game avoids the body shot from Gable.
Gable circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Game. Gable throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Gable looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Gable is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Gable throws the kick towards the body but Game avoids it. Game misses with a looping right. Gable tries to work over Game's front leg with a kick but Game checks it. Gable is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Game lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Gable lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Game ducks right into an uppercut from Gable. Game looks to land a right hand but Gable moved out of range. Game avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gable's jab looks to have found its range, popping Game under the eye.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gable swings away with a body shot that misses
and Game counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gable's guard now. This has been an exciting period of action! Gable working a defensive guard here.
Game throws a big right hand that misses. Game trying to control but Gable is working from the bottom. Game passes easily into side control. Nice work. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! You can see the frustration on Gable's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dc Gable will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Dc Gable's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Game looks to land a body kick but Gable moved away. Gable sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Gable blocks the body kick.
Game with a body punch. A glancing blow. A nice leg kick lands there from Gable. Gable connects with a jab. Gable tests Game's chin there with a solid looking shot. Game misses with a looping right. Gable bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gable lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Game at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gable tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Game takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gable with a body punch. A glancing blow. Gable sizes up Game with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Gable waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Game. Game looks for the body kick but Gable saw that one coming. The fighters circling - Game throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Gable scores with a body shot.
Gable getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Game bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gable staying out of range there. Game throws a wild body kick that Gable sees coming a mile off. Gable connects with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gable throws a shot to the body.
Gable lands with an uppercut that bounces Game off the cage and back into range. Gable takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gable misses with an uppercut
and Game counters with a nice double leg into guard. Gable working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Game. Game trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Gable holds on and takes a little breather. Game won't allow Gable to sweep him here. Game postures up in Gable's guard and throws a big left but Gable blocks it. Gable avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable is pulling down on Game's head to control his posture. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Game looking to sit in guard and control but Gable gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Game utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Game is trying to control the position but Gable postures up. Game is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Game trying to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Game is adopting a defensive guard. Gable trying to control but Game is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gable lands with a shot to the body. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Game uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gable. Game misses with a wild body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Game showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dc Gable's cut. That's time! Gable's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Game feints and then cracks Gable's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gable down. Gable on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Gable throws a sloppy body shot
and Game counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Gable! Game taking a breather here. Game has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Game tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Game throwing shots but missing, from side control. Nick Game has got the better of the ground game so far. Game wants to control but Gable is keeping him busy. Game looking to control but instead Gable has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Game works his way into full mount! Game trying to control but Gable is having none of it. Gable takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Game can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gable is looking to escape. Game controlling his opponent. Gable tries to lock up and control but Game gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Game is landing with some decent strikes but Gable is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Game controlling the pace for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Gable is trying desperately to improve position. Game unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Gable wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Game celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nick Game! An intense looking Nick Game took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Did ya actually think you was gonna win? Don't make me laugh'.
