Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cook rushes Walker and presses him up against the cage.
Walker tries to circle away but Cook has him pinned against the cage.
Walker misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Cook.
Cook is looking to break free of the clinch but Walker has double underhooks.

A frustrated look appears on Cook's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Walker tries to work over Cook's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Walker has Cook pressed against the cage, preventing Cook from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Cook keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Walker's efforts to push away.

Walker has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Walker throws a lazy uppercut
and Cook counters with a three punch combo that has Walker backing up. Walker nods at Cook to acknowledge the strikes.
Cook lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A head kick misses from Walker.
Cook gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Cook tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Walker is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Cook buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Cook!! Cook is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Walker throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joash Walker!
