Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Atlas Kivi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naru Jarkko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kivi comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Ride the Lightning. Jarkko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hawaii 78 & E ala E. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Naru Jarkko!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarkko thows a body shot but no joy.
A bone on bone clash there as Jarkko blocks the leg kick.
Kivi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Jarkko throws an overhand right that lands on Kivi's shoulder, as Kivi tries to avoid the shot.
The crowd cheers as Kivi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jarkko doesn't seem phased though.
Kivi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jarkko manages to avoid it.
Kivi throws a leg kick
and Jarkko counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kivi's guard now.
Jarkko wants to control from the top but Kivi keeps moving.
Jarkko looking to sit in guard and control but Kivi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Jarkko working for a triangle but Kivi defends it easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kivi drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jarkko looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jarkko looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jarkko!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jarkko is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kivi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Kivi is trying to control Jarkko's posture but Jarkko avoids it.
Kivi looks to move to half guard but instead Jarkko has passed into mount! Damn!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jarkko misses with a head shot.
Kivi is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Kivi slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Jarkko is trying for a kimura here. Kivi looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Jarkko wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Naru Jarkko!
