Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Strife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Storm has chosen Enemy Crush - Skrip Breaks as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm shoots in for a double leg but Strife sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Storm closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Storm wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Strife, who protects the arm well.
Storm tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Strife sneaks back into half guard.
Storm passes to side control.
Storm stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Strife tries to clinch up but Storm circles away and keeps his distance.
Strife scores with a takedown into Storm's guard.
Strife has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Strife thows a big elbow that misses.
Storm keeping full guard, as Strife tries to pass.

Storm looking to hit a scissor sweep but Strife is one step ahead there.
Strife pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Storm is keeping the position for now.
Strife is working Storm over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Storm is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Strife counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Storm's guard now.

Strife is in close to Storm's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Storm has momentary wrist control but Strife slips an elbow through the middle.

Strife cracks Storm with a solid left hand.

Strife shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Storm looks like he's trying to stand up.
Storm trying to control but Strife postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Strife lands with a punch from half guard.

Storm is pressing down on Strife's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Strife postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Strife is working Storm over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Storm had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Strife is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Storm Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Strife's back instead.
Strife tries to roll but Storm sticks to his back.
Storm controls the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Strife covers up after that shot from Storm.
Strife wants to escape the position.
Storm struggling to keep hold of the position.
Storm looking to break Strife's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Strife remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Storm will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Strife grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Strife holding both Storm 's hands and preventing any damage.
Storm has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Strife has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Strife is trying to break free.
Storm sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Strife taps out!
