And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Leonardo sprawls well. Leonardo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Leonardo leaves Silva with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Rai Leonardo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robson Silva.
Silva looks winded!
That kick from Leonardo tenderised Silva's leg. Silva is trying to keep his angry face on.

Leonardo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Robson Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Leonardo. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Leonardo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Silva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Silva walks forward, straight into a front kick from Leonardo.
Leonardo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Robson Silva has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva shoots and misses
and Leonardo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Silva's knee momentarily.
Silva stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Leonardo.
Look low, kick high! Leonardo uses the oldest trick in the book to send Silva tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Leonardo is absolutely delighted - when Silva wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
