Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlo Boozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch Cronk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cronk scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Boozer is trying to control Cronk's posture but Cronk avoids it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boozer sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Cronk lands with a punch from half guard.
Boozer looking for submissions off his back.
Boozer is trying to stand up here but Cronk is controlling him well.
Boozer tries to get to full guard but Cronk has control of the leg.
Boozer is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cronk's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cronk's back!
Boozer gets his hands free as Cronk looks to control.
Boozer controls the action.
Boozer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Boozer sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Cronk taps out!

In his post fight interview, Carlo Boozer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
