Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stuart Mikado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Haynes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haynes is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Song 2 by Blur. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Haynes! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Haynes. Beautiful body shot. Mikado takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Haynes lands a head kick. Mikado smiles back at him and beckons him forward. A combination from Haynes does no damage. Haynes tries a low kick but Mikado avoids it. Mikado wants to clinch. Mikado tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mikado tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Haynes paws at him with a jab and circles away. Haynes lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Haynes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Haynes throws a right and a left that both miss. Mikado fails with an attempt to clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mikado changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Haynes tries to avoid it but Mikado manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Haynes to the ground. Haynes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Haynes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mikado eats them both and turns towards Haynes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. No joy there for Haynes, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
