Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eritine Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Grant looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Grant tries to buck Dog off but Dog is having none of it.
Dog working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Grant wants to control but Dog postures up.
Grant throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Eritine Grant.
Well Grant has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
