Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Crews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Terry Crews! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thiago Cruz! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cruz misses with a straight left. Cruz tries for a takedown but Crews sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Cruz shoots in for a takedown but Crews shows good takedown defense. Crews walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Crews is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cruz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Crews lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cruz circles away quickly and effectively. Crews shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cruz but Cruz pushes him off and we're back to square one. Crews will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Terry Crews. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cruz is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Crews's half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Crews keeping control of the position. Cruz is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cruz trying to move into half guard but instead Crews has managed to sweep! Crews controls from within his opponent's guard. Cruz is looking to stand up but Crews isn't so interested in that idea. Crews trying to control the position from guard on top but Cruz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Crews wants to get up but he can't break Cruz's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Crews cracks Cruz with a solid left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crews is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Cruz looking for a sweep. Not yet Cruz, not yet. Crews loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crews trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Crews missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Crews throws a big right hand that misses. Crews has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Crews working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Crews trying to control but Cruz is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cruz avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Crews throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Crews loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crews drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Crews as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Cruz screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Crews! Nice submission victory there!
